This feature allows another users password to be reset and the username to be changed.

To find this feature, on the menu bar select Manage > User Management > Users.

Quick Guide

  1. Go to the Edit a user profile page for the user requiring a password reset.  Refer to the related article, Users for help with this.
  2. Click Reset password to generate a new password and notify the user.
  3. Update the username field and click Update username to modify the username.

  4. Click Back to profile.

Good to know

  • To access this feature, the logged in user must be assigned the role of User Manager or Company Administrator.
  • A user can reset their own password from the login screen by clicking Having trouble signing in? and typing in their Email or Username, then clicking the Send password reset link to receive an email.
