This feature allows a user to change their own username. A user's username is the name that you enter when trying to logon to CSR. The system allows every individual to change their username.

However, DO NOT change your username if your organisation uses Single-Sign-On. Changing your username will prevent you from logging into the system.

Quick Guide

  1. Click on the profile icon in the top right of the menu bar.

  2. In the top right, click on Edit your profile.

  3. Complete the fields in the Change username section and click Change username.

  4. Click Back to Profile in the top right to return to the main user profile page.
