Batch Explorer shows details of all batch uploads. Batch IDs are unique and referenced throughout CSR.

Batch explorer shows batch uploads for activity data files uploaded via the Data Collection > File Uploads and Smart forms features.

To find this feature, on the menu bar select Data Collection > Batch Management > Batch Explorer.

Quick Guide

  • From the Batch Type drop-down, select the type of batch upload to search - File uploads or Smart forms.
  • Enter the Date Range required.
  • Click Update.

Good to Know

  • You can use this grid to see all transactions within the system. It is useful when you are trying to find where data for Inventory was uploaded against.
  • You can filter on every column in the grid to refine what you are searching for.
