User Roles define what level of access a user may have in CSR.

User Location Permissions:

User location permissions can be used to restrict users to certain locations only and are used in conjunction with the Organisation Manager, Property Manager and Visitor Roles.

Only Company Administrators and Organisation Manager can make changes to these permissions.

These permissions can be found in User Management > User Location Permissions

Business Intelligence Permissions:

All users have access to the Business Intelligence Page but not all reports.

Users can be given access to BI reports by Admins and ESP Support only.

These permissions can be changed by admins via the Dashboard Admin page found on the main Business Intelligence page.
