The library feature allows searching and viewing of notes across the system. This includes both system and user generated notes.
To find this feature, on the menu bar select Reports > Library.
- Use the filter options to add search criteria and click View notes...
- There are three filters a user can use to filter note by: The user who created the note, Period Since Date to search for all notes from then until now and the type of note the user is looking for.
- A since date must be entered, but all other criteria can stay at the default setting.
- Notes matching the criteria are displayed in a table below the filter options.
